    Description

      The groupmembersonly system is not necessary once MDL-44070 lands. The availability system in MDL-44070 can provide all the features of groupmembersonly, but with more functionality.

      We have decided not to implement it until the following version, in order to reduce the number of places in the code that are changed (and corresponding risk) for MDL-44070.

      Version should be 2.8
