Drop the public schema using either phppgadmin or by running `DROP SCHEMA "public" CASCADE;` Attempt an installation It will fail (expected) because the schema doesn't exist, and you'll get a large stack. Check that it is red and obviously a fatal error rather than just black text on white background as illustrated by the installation-error screenshot.
