- Instantiate a clean install of Moodle.
- In the "Server checks" page, click on the unicode
"must be installed and enabled" link. - Cross-check the documentation page opens in a new window.

When installing a new site, using the web installer. A screen showing summary of enviorment requirment is shown, with icons against each one of them. They look like they are going to open a pop up but they don't. This bug has become more visual with clean being the default of installing process.
Also the links under report column takes you out of the installer context, should probabily open in a new window instead of current one.
