In the Assignment configuration (admin/settings.php?section=modsettingassign), can we add some fields to set a default value for the different options we have in an assignment? Mostly, I'd like to be able to set a site wide default value for :

1. Require student to click submit button
2. Require that students accept the submission statement

Actually, default for the 1st question is always false and for the second, we have a checkbox that, if activated, force True for every assignment, even existing one, without possibility to set it to false individually. So my suggestion for this one is have three options: "1- Force Yes for all instance", "2-Default No", "3-Default yes" where option 2 and 3 still allow individual teacher to change the value in their own assignment.
