When users make failed attempts (themselves or potentially someone else), there is a notification that appears below their name and the log out link.

This notification goes away as soon as the user visits another page, however it would be good if this notification was able to be dismissed manually by the user.

It would also be nice if there was a space before the link to the logs (which is shown when a user has the capability to see these site level reports).
