Create a new quiz. Go to the Edit quiz page. Add a TrueFalse question to page 1. (The type does not really matter.) Cick the down arrow. The question should move onto a newly created page 2. Click the up arrow. The question should move back onto page 1, and page 2 should disappear. Move the question back to page 2. Add a second question to page 2. Click the add page break button after page 1. Verify than another empty page is added before the two questions. (Before this fix, the page would have been added between the two questions.)
