Make course listings responsive and enrolment/info icons correctly positioned

      1. Select Clean theme.
      2. Ensure that Self-Enrolment is enabled, and that option is available in a course.
      3. Ensure that course description is populated with a paragraph or two. use dummy text for a better effect. Add an image within the text, using the text editor image options.
      4. Add a small 100px x 100px image in course settings using the file picker provided for this option.
      5. Enable both 'Course combo list' and 'Courses list' in Frontpage settings.
      6. Go to 'Home' page and confirm that course 'info' and 'enrolment' icons are listed on the same line as the course title. And that the description info can be seen Try different browser sizes.

      Description

      Combining both MDL-39242 and MDL-43321 in one commit in order to get this fixed once and for all.

      I think there is a tracker to adjust the font sizes of the headings when in responsive mode. But that's an easy thing to do.
