Enable support for wma files within tinymce Moodle Media plugin

      Hide

      1. Upload attached wma to your private files area.
      2. Create a label
      3. Click on "Moodle Media button"
      4. Click on "Find or upload a sound, video or applet..."
      5. Click Private Files tab
      6. Select uploaded WMA file.
