      This issue has been cloned so that we can separate the 2.6 patch from the master patch that has already been integrated.

      Create a quiz with a single numerical question, with an answer other than 0. Have a student respond to the question with a '0'.

      View the statistics report, you will find that response is listed as '[No response]'
