Enable separate groups at a course level

Create groups

Go to the participants page

Make sure

each of the filter select box are aligned below their label

you don't spot any other CSS issue

Drop-down not aligned properly on participants page, when groups are enabled in course.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a course with group mode set to "Separate groups"
Go to participants page
You will see label for "Separate groups" is placed next to drop-down, whereas label for rest of the drop-down's are above them.

Testing discovered
