Both on Facebook and on google + is "Like" or "+" button completely central to get participants to post content. At the same time, users have a quick way to make known that they recognize the post, without having to do anything other than click once on the "Like" button.

It should be possible to add such a function to the individual forum.
Rate function is not sufficient "easy" to use. It should be a separate function.
