Description

In the grader report teacher and student see grades and comments assigned by teacher in reports. Teacher sees the popup with the comment, but clicking grade only allows changing grade not comment with AJAX. Older code allowed this.

Also AJAX does not update course totals. The grader report needs to be refreshed. See ~~MDLQA-6795~~
