When you want to enrol a cohort to a course you might want it in it's own seperate group.
If you have a lot of cohorts you might not want to create all the groups for the cohorts first. Easy solution, add 'create group' choice to dropdown on the cohort sync-edit page.

The patch adds an option 'make group' to the creating of a cohort-sync enrolment. It makes a group with the same name as the enrolment. also checks if group is not existing already. if it does, use that
