      See MDLQA-7104. The error was displayed if you go to the course page after step 2. Alternatively the whole QA test could be performed.

      Also view the course page as a student enrolled in the course and check that now error is displayed.

      When testing MDLQA-7104 the following message appeared (even though the test itself did work correctly)
