Create a fresh quiz

Open the quiz edit page

Switch to RTL

Make sure the buttons to add questions (or random questions) are right aligned as opposed to the LTR version

Make sure the help icon next to them is well positioned too

See attached screenshots. In LTR the help item is right next to the button. In an RTL language the button is away from the button.
