Feedback Activity Missing Page Title on Show non-respondents Tab

      1. Create feedback activities, both anonym and not, on front page and course page
      2. Make sure neither the tab "non respondents" nor navigation item is displayed on front page feedback or anonym feedback

    Description

      When a Feedback Activity is set to "Record User Names" in the activity "Question and submission settings", all screens in the activity (Overview, Edit Questions, Templates, Analysis, Show Responses) display the Activity name. However, click the "Show non-respondents" tab and the activity name isn't displayed at the top of the activity.
