This patch shouldn't change any existing functionality, just the following layouts:

badge page should not show information in a table;

enable/disable badge button + message should not be in a table;

user badges: number of earned badges and download button should not use table;

badge overview should not show information in a table.

Pages to check:

Issued badge page;

External badge page;

Badge overview page;

"My badges" page in user profile.

Check how all above looks on base. Also repeat the same on RTL.

Our front end developer just pointed out that we should't be using tables everywhere in badges.
