Testing Instructions:
1. Search for a setting defined in your config.php
2. Make sure "Defined in config.php" is highlighted

Description

When a config is set in config.php , the respective setting in the admin interface used to show a highlighted message for the same in standard.
However in clean the highlighting has been removed.
