When editing a quiz, changing the "Marked out of:" value for a particular question takes a long time (over 30 seconds). This was tested in a quiz with two questions and a minimal number of students.

To reproduce:
1. Go to a quiz.
2. Click on Edit quiz in the Quiz Administration menu
3. Make sure the Editing quiz tab is selected.
4. Change the value of Marked out of: for one of the quiz questions
5. Wait for over 30 seconds for the page to load.
