Coding error when accessing moodle plugins

      1. Log in as an admin
      2. Turn on linkadmincategories (Appearance > Navigation)
      3. Save changes
      4. Click on Settings > Plugins (in the admin block)
      5. Check that the page displays correctly and that there are no fatal errors.
      6. Click on Settings > Plugins > Enrolments
      7. Check that the settings for all enrolment plugins are shown correctly.
