Reproduction steps:

1. Log in as any user
2. Go to My private files.
3. Switch language to an RTL language, eg. Hebrew.
4. Open Filepicker

Expected result: Icons at the top of the Filepicker should appear as in LTR.

Actual result: There is a grey box around the 3 view mode (icons, list, tree) buttons at the top left panel has an row of padding under the buttons.
