We have a client who has a number of users within a custom 'Instructor' role, with access to the Grader Report.

There are multiple 'Separate Groups' set up. The instructors are in all these groups.

When they view the Grader Report, the grader report appears blank with only the Grader Report Dropdown and the 'Separate Groups' dropdown appearing.
Changing the dropdown does nothing, page does not even refresh.

With debugging on, the following error appears where the Grader Report should be.
