      Description

When I add a new user, I normally press the 'Enter' key to quickly create the user. Now if I do this, it shows or hides the kitchen sink within the 'Description' box, which is rather useless.

Have placed as Atto - but not sure this is the right component here.

      Additional...

This is affecting all new forms. The editor is given focus that should go to the submit button. When a user is in a text field and presses enter, the enter key goes to the editor, pressing the kitchen sink button and expanding the toolbar.

      Replication steps:

      1. Log in as teacher/admin
      2. Navigate to a course
      3. Turn editing on
      4. Create a new activity (eg Assignment)
      5. Add text for name and description
      6. Focus on the name field
      7. Press enter

Expected result: The form should be submitted and the activity created.

Actual result: The editor toolbar expands.
