2. Log in as a student and view an assignment. Check that you do see the submission status.

N.B. Admin will still see the submission status because they have all capabilities.

When viewing an assignment, every user is shown a table for their 'Submission status', even if they don't have the capability to submit.

Discovered while testing

MDL-45940 canedit check in mod_assign "view_student_summary" needs to call "can_edit_submission"
