The list for 2.7 looked roughly like:

1. Deleting a question from a quiz.
2. Reordering questions.
3. Creating a new page.
4. Deleting a page (may not be necessary as this afaict is only an option when there are no questions on that page).
5. Moving questions to another page.
6. Re-paginating.
7. Changing the ‘Marked out of’ value for a question.
8. Re-grading attempts.

For 2.8 it will be different because of MDL-40987. The list above will need to be reviewed when that is done.
