link for project assignment do not work

Moodle moodle – Muddle!
I have again gone through the exercises in Moodle, from chapter 1 to 3.
I am now at assignment 1 _ again! 
However, I get the following error at assignment 1

( 1. This area is a screen shot of my problem but it is not pasting to this issue page!) - another moodle issue

When I hit the continue button in the middle of page above, I get the below page!

Please supply your moodle email address and I will forward the screen shots of the error is get using moodle.
