Trigger events when un/assigning groups to a grouping

      1. Create course with one group and one grouping
      2. Assign group to grouping, then unassign it back.
      3. Look at logs. See, that group and grouping creation are logged, while adding group to grouping is not logged.
      4. Apply patch
      5. Assign group to grouping, then unassign it back.
      6. Look at logs. See, that everything is ok.

      Events are currently triggered when creating, updating & deleting a grouping.

      It would be useful if the following grouping actions also triggered events:

      • Assigning group to a grouping
      • Unassigning group from a grouping
