Problems with hyperlinking text in HTML block

      Problem experienced using Chrome browser.

      1. Create an HTML block
      2. Add some text to the content and highlight text
      3. Click on insert link icon (Atto toolbar)
      4. Enter URL, [Create link]
      5. Text is not hyperlinked as expected but URL is inserted immediately after the text.

      Problem appears to be intermittent.
