Outcomes are not saved to all members of a group submission

      Pre-requisites

      1. Enable and create an outcome
      2. Create 2 groups in a course
        • Place a few users in group A and B
        • Leave some users outside a group
      3. Create a new assignment
        • Set 'Students submit in groups': Yes
        • Enable the outcome previously created

      Test

      1. Submit a submission as a student of group A
      2. As a teacher, grade the submission (do not use quick grading)
        • Set the outcome
        • Set "Apply grades and feedback to entire group" to Yes
      3. Save
      4. Make sure each member of the group was set to this outcome
      5. Repeat without 'No' for 'Apply grades and feedback to entire group'
      6. Make sure only the user graded had its outcome changed
      7. Use quickgrading to change an outcome
      8. Make sure only that user was updated

    Description

      In the assignment module, when a group submission has been submitted, and while grading we set an outcome and 'Apply grades and feedback to entire group', the outcome is only saved for the graded user.

      The problem seems to be the lookup for a form key outcome_xxx[userid] which does not exist for the team members.
