    Description

      I have created a path for issue MDL-46344. Please review my patch. This is the link to the patch:

      For consistency, I use the get_string class to output the string (As described in the MDL-46344)

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents Moodle from functioning correctly. MDL-46344 standard_footer_html uses text and not $string in lib/outputrenderers.php
