      Using both base and Clean (or bootstrap base) themes

      1. Go to the log in page (while logged out) and confirm that while tabbing through the page the "remember username" checkbox is selected before the "log in" button.
      2. Visually inspect the page and make sure it looks OK.
      3. Enable/Disable self registration and re-inspect the login page while logged out

    Description

      When looking at the log in page (and possibly log in block), the log in button is selected before the remember username checkbox when tabing through the page. If you are a visually impaired user (and use a screen reader) you may not realise that this functionality exists.
