Checking that updating a group icon takes effect immediately

Create a new group with a picture

Edit the group and change its picture

Make sure that you can see the new picture without purging your browser cache

It is currently impossible to change / remove a group's picture once one has been set.

Repro steps:

In a course, create a group for users. Set an icon.
Go to the groups overview screen.
- Observe that the group you created has the icon you specified.
Edit the group settings for the group you created.
- Observe that the icon you specified is displayed.
Set a different icon for the group.
Go back to the groups overview screen.
- Observe that the icon you newly specified is not present - the first icon is instead displayed.
