Grader report out of alignment

Hi folks,

Using More theme or Clean theme in Moodle 2.7 with Static Student enabled at Sitewide settings.

With editing turned on in the Grader report, the rows drift out of alignment such that student names are no longer showing against the correct assessment grades.

Turning off Static Student at site wide level does resolve this issue, however it causes problems for our educators, as we have potentially 12 - 15 assessment items in Grader report, and several grade items that need manual input of grades (and associated double checking against the correct student name).

This has been tested in IE 11, Firefox 30.0, Chrome 36.0.1985.125 and Safari 6.1.1
