This is basically regression testing.

Go to a scorm activity that has multiple attempts from multiple students

Explore all the 4 different report as a teacher and make sure you encounter no errors

Try exporting all the reports as different filetypes that is supported by that report and make sure everything works as expected.

Install https://moodle.org/plugins/view.php?plugin=scormreport_trends

Check the new questions trend report and make sure it works.

Make sure you get debug notices now.

It would be nice to see if scorm report plugins supported autoloading and namespaces.
