Create a new course.

Goto reports>event monitor>manage rules and create a few rules

Goto reports>event monitor>manage subscriptions page and create subsriptions

Delete the course

Go to your database and make sure these created rules and subscriptions are deleted. (table tool_monitor_rules/subscriptions)
