Weekly stats breaking after MDL-41284

      1. Enable stats
      2. run cron, if you don't see "Running daily statistics gathering", adjust your system clock for some hours ahead, repeat running cron until you got the message
      3. adjust the system clock plus one day, run cron again
      4. repeat until you saw in cron messages "Running weekly statistics gathering" and "Running monthly statistics gathering"

      Stats cron breaks with database writing error on lib/statslib.php line 699.
      The problem is in lib/statslib.php on line 704, where is missing userid column.
      This totally breaks statistics calculations.
      The same for monthly stats line 864
