go to XMLDB editor page using theme bootstrapbase
Load the XML you like (let's say: admin/tool/langimport/db)
Once loaded you should see the line of the loaded XML as the first line below the header bar.
If the patch does not work you will see the line to disappear behind the header bar.

    Description

In the XML editor page scroll down the page up to, let's say, "report/log/db". Load it. Once the plugin is loaded, moodle reload the XML editor page scrolling it in order to put the report/log/db row as FIRST visible row of the page. In bootstrapbase theme the first row is covered by the header bar. This is misleading.

A good solution has been found by Gareth J Barnard in https://github.com/DBezemer/moodle-theme_essential/issues/90
