Accessibility improvements for gradereport course header and aggregation controls.

      Setup:

      • A course with users and grades. (test course S is good for this).
      • JAWS version 15+ (or latest) and Internet Explorer >= v9
      • NVDA (latest) and Firefox (latest)

      Test One: JAWS with Internet Explorer

      • Go to the Grade Report for a selected course.
      • Enable editing.
      • Hover over or select the 'minimise' icon next to the Course header in the table. (the first header row) (see test step one.jpg)
      • In the proceeding spam of words it'll mention "Change to Aggregates only link".
        • Click this (or hit enter) and make sure each time the icon now reflects the new functionality.
        • Change to aggregates only.
        • Change to grades only.
        • Change to full mode.
      • Then click "Turn Editing On".
      • Select any cell within the table.
      • The resulting voice-over will say something like: username (test course user), assignment, (assignment name), grade edit, grade type of text.

      Previously it was also including every icon in the voice-over for the cell headers.

      Test Two: NVDA with Firefox

      • Same as above.

      Description

      Provide accessibility improvements on the gradereport for screen readers. Specifically label-hides for the course header to indicate what is currently being displayed by the gradereport and altering the alt-text for the aggregation icon to better indicate it's functionality.
