It appears that the phrase "Returning to this web site?" no longer shows on the login page. This was above the username and password text bars in the login box.

Now showing is "Log in". This is also tied to the 'Log in' button below it in reference to Language customization.

It would be nice to have "Returning to this web site?" show again. This allows admins to customize the login box more freely.
