Restore in system context fails

      Prerequisite.

      A backup of a course.

      Test 1
      1. Go to Site administration > Courses > Restore course
      2. Click "Manage backup files" under "Course backup area"
      3. Upload a backup file.
      4. Click "Save changes"
      5. Click the "Restore" link next to the file you just uploaded.
      6. Confirm you can now restore the course.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to Site administration > Courses > Restore course
      2. Click "Manage backup files" under "Course backup area"
      3. Upload any backup file.
      4. Click "Save changes"
      5. Click the "Restore" link next to the file you just uploaded.

      Expected result: restore process starts.

      Acutal result: Moodle says "Sorry, the requested file could not be found"
