Admin tables do not have the correct alignment with rtl languages

      1. Go to the list of users table (Site Administration > Users > Accounts > Browse list of users).
      2. When using both rtl languages (such as Hebrew) and ltr languages (such as English) confirm that the the columns are aligned correctly.

    Description

      When looking at an admin table (such as the list of users in Site Administration > Users > Browse list of users) has a leftalign css class applied to it. When in a rtl language (such as hebrew) this causes the text in the table to be left aligned instead of the expected right align.

      This is when using the bootstrap base theme
