Scorm in 2.7 'Student skip content structure page' setting

In 2.7.1, after an upgrade from 2.5 -> 2.6 -> 2.7, any scorms with the 'Student skip content structure page' set to anything other than 'never' would result in this not displaying correctly for the student.

It would return a blank where the scorm is to be displayed and text such as 'press enter to begin' but there is no enter button.

Resolved by changing 'Student skip content structure page' setting to 'never'.
