Add course id to message eventdata

      The new events2 api now includes the course id which is awesome. Could it also be added to the message api please? It is a piece of info which could be useful for all sorts of plugins such as CONTRIB-5295

      I have a core code patch here: https://github.com/amandadoughty/moodle-core_culactivity_stream for v2.6.4

      I would be happy to submit this as a proper fix for current branches if the idea is accepted?
