Run the behat tests with name "Sum of grades" from file grade/tests/behat/grade_aggregation.feature

After the behat tests have finished, log into the behat site manually

Change the grade settings to "Show totals excluding hidden items" for all reports

Go to the user report as both a teacher and a student and verify the totals add up and the extra credit item is not included in the grademax

And Mark said there might be a bug there but was not specific.

Add this to the behat test and fix any bugs uncovered.
