      Then the following should exist in the "TABLE_STRING" table:
      		 
      Then "ROW_STRING" row "COLUMN_STRING" column of "TABLE_STRING" table should contain "VALUE_STRING"
      		 
      Then "ROW_STRING" row "COLUMN_STRING" column of "TABLE_STRING" table should not contain "VALUE_STRING"

      This is dependant on MDL-46139 and MDL-46576. If they are not integrated yet, do it in their branch. If they are do it in master
