In talking this over today in scrum we came to a point where it seems that the contribution column should NOT be included on the new grades setup page, because:

      1) In simple default cases, where a course has a few assessed items that get added up using natural weights, the contributions column won't tell you anything new that the other columns don't give you, and

      2) In complex cases (where there are student-specific calcualtions from excluded grades, empty grades or categories with keep-high settings) the contributions column is never going to be accurate, and it is in fact impossible to show anything in that column that is fully descriptive.

Such a column is invaluable and required on the user report, of course, and teachers can see those per-student, but unless good reasons can be given for why and how it's needed on the setup report I suggest we don't include it.
