I couldn't find the right issue for that, apology if it's duplicate somewhere,

When some resources are in hide status (the topic is hidden) and they are on the bottom of the topic -> clicking on edit -> you won't be able to click on some functions like delete, role assign or duplicat. some resource which are in the top of the topic will work and you will be able to click on all the functions.
I guess it's a bug?

It's seems that the second topic is also hide and the problem occur with both topics hidden.

It was tested on moodle 2.7.2 (clean theme) even in qa.moodle.net
