Error Connecting To Database While Doing Backup/Restore Process

    Description

      Hi MOODLE,

      I am been trying for weeks now to resolve the captioned. I have gone through my dB configuration with a fine tooth comb, my php.ini file and all configuration settings on my MOODLE site yet, I am stalled. 6 courses of the total number on the system, are not able to be backed up. The system shows that it goes up to 98% then it stops and say " Error Connecting To Database". I did not have this problem before, it since I upgraded to 2.5.7 that it surfaced. I am now using 2.6.4+ . Please help!
