Badges pages should use pagelayout consistently.

• Pages inside the course that are linked to from the Navigation block should have pagelayout 'incourse'
• Pages that are linked from Administration block (both within the course and site-wide) should have pagelayout 'admin'
• My badges, view badge, etc. pages should also have consistent layout (to be decided which one, maybe 'mydashboard')
