      These question types have unit tests and behat tests.

      My summary of how to test a new question type is here: https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Question_types#Manually_testing_a_question_type. In an ideal world, I suppose you might try to do all that for all four question types.

      In the real world, you might do a subset of that, relying on the fact that these plugins have been used by a lot of people already.
